Prior to Red Fan, Kathleen served as JPMorgan Chase’s Asia Pacific communications leader, advising the Chairman and Management Committee on landmark transactions while managing crisis communications during 9/11 and SARS. She built an elite team across 15 countries supporting five business lines and directed communications for JPMorgan’s $500MM+ technology investment portfolio.

At IBM Research, she showcased groundbreaking innovations in computing and nanotechnology. As Partner at Peppercom, she grew the technology practice from $400K to $4.5M annually, earning PRSA’s Big Apple Award for excellence in tech communications.
