Culture and community are two of Red Fan’s most important values. To us, you can’t have one without the other. Red Fan’s culture takes many forms. One week, it’s a staff-only “Culture Kitchen,” when one team member cooks a meal inspired by their own cultural heritage to share with the rest of the office. Another week, it’s a company-wide “Values in Action” vote that highlights a team member’s achievements. We take great pride in maintaining a culture of self-sustainability: Each of us contributes to it naturally through our work, our passions and our personalities, molding Red Fan’s culture into one that is unique and always-evolving.
In 2021, Red Fan CEO and founder Kathleen Lucente—a 25-year executive who has been on both sides of the client-agency relationship—created a vision for a new model that prioritizes client success and value creation above all else.
