Blair is the founder of AutoCFO, a CFO consulting firm. After careers in Investment Banking and Private Equity, Blair decided to move to the company side and has been a Fractional CFO for over seven years. She specializes in financial analysis and reporting, forecasting, board communication, M&A transactions, process development and implementation. Prior to her experience as a CFO, Blair was a private equity investor at Dos Rios Partners in Austin, Texas and at Fisher Lynch Capital in San Francisco, CA. Blair began her career as an M&A investment banker at Jefferies in New York City. She is a proud alumni of the University of Texas at Austin with degrees in Business Honors and Plan II.
