Creative & Marketing Strategist
When it comes to planning and managing on-strategy creative that augments our clients’ brands, Alicia has amazing vision. From the initial concepts to securing partnerships to communicating with client and agency teams, Alicia runs the show with grace and style. Our clients appreciate her ability to build an integrated environment that attracts the right audience—and the right attention—to build momentum around their message. At Red Fan, Alicia serves as Internal creative strategist for our website, digital graphic design, marketing collateral, presentations and events. She also oversees new business efforts and ensures new meetings are the right fit for the agency.
Alicia earned years of marketing expertise during her tenure at Iomega, where she contributed to building brands like the Zip brand from the ground up. Her experience spans across a variety of industries including tech, lifestyle, entertainment and interior design. Her compassion—and passion—comes through in everything she does. Alicia is a triathlon coach, an active parent in the Round Rock School District and an advocate for children with special needs. At the end of the day, her greatest desire is for others—Red Fan’s clients, the Red Fan team, her triathlon team, and her children—to succeed.
Alicia has a bachelor’s degree in communications and a minor in marketing from Idaho State University. She credits her amazing sense of style to her mother, who owned an antique store in California, and her father, who was a cowboy in the wilds of Idaho. Needless to say Alicia is equally comfortable styling a room in stylish shoes and rolling up her sleeves to make sure an event goes as it was planned.
Alicia is the sand on our shuffle board, the processor in our chip and the “oh yeah” in our “we can do that.”
